ALL ABILITIES WATERCOLOUR PAINTING COURSE. Minimum 5 students - Maximum 12 students The watercolour class runs for 2.5 hrs On Thursday 9.30 am to 12.00 pm and Saturday 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm Each class is $59 so the total for the four weeks is $236. Embark on a journey into WATERCOLOURS with our illuminative art class! In this fun and practical all-abilities class, you'll discover the possibilities of watercolour painting. We will explore everything from composition and colour to the use of this medium, gaining a better understanding of all its exciting techniques and possibilities! This fun and practical class will suit everyone. No experience is necessary and all abilities are catered for. Our experienced teacher will guide you all the way. Each Class will have a theme but things covered will include: Colour comprehension including mixing, layering and blending. Brushwork techniques and control. Form and dimension. Shadows and highlights. Creative composition. Proportion and perspective. Scale, light and tone. Developing pattern and texture. Creating depth. WHAT IS PROVIDED: *Watercolour paper *Watercolour paints *Images to replicate - or bring your own WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING - OR YOU CAN PURCHASE A PACK ON THE DAY FOR $25: *A variety of brushes *Disposable palate pad or large white plastic or china plate *Fabric rag, approximately 20cm piece You are also welcome to bring any other materials you might have at home that you would like to use.
